Free Shipping (Orders over £50)

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Processing time: 1-2 business days
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind our high-quality metal clad electrical products, but understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Here’s our straightforward policy:

Eligibility for Returns

  • 15-day return window from delivery date
  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase required (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Metal Clad Fused Spurs (for safety reasons)
  • Any electrical item showing signs of installation attempts

Return Process

  3. Receive Instructions: We’ll email return address and specific instructions within 2 business days.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds processed within 5 business days of receiving your return
  • Refund issued to original payment method:

Exchanges
