Our Returns Policy
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Fused spurs (Metal Clad Fused Spurs)
- Any electrical item that shows signs of installation attempts
Return Process
Follow these simple steps to return an item:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return request within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Provide Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
- Receive Instructions: We’ll email you the return address and any specific instructions within 2 business days.
- Package & Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging and ship to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 3-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: Typically appears within 24 hours
Exchanges
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. To replace an item:
- Return the original item following our return process
- Place a new order for the desired item
Damaged or Defective Items

- Photos of the damaged/defective item
- A brief description of the issue
